From the village hall go up Frog Lane and to the bottom of Big Foot. Head up the hill to Pig Lane. Turn left and head back to Foxcote Hill. Cross the road, through the gate and down to Harolds Farm Road. This steep field will often have sheep in and so please keep gates closed. Back to the village via Harolds Farm Road.
Some great views on this route across to Edge Hill. Buzzards and the occasional Red Kite can be seen soaring on the escarpment edge. Look out for deer and muntjac too.
The hills are steep whichever way round you go.
